Sainte Lucie Lemon Zest Paste 440g

Enhance your baking with Sainte Lucie lemon paste, a premium lemon preparation made with natural lemon flavour and lemon peels. This versatile citrus compound delivers a perfect balance of sweet, zesty lemon notes, elevated by the aromatic intensity and slight bitterness of lemon peel. 
Ideal for flavouring ice creams, sorbets, custards, cakes, biscuits, mousses, creams, and ganache, it effortlessly brings a refreshing citrus touch to your creations.  
To use: stir well before use, mix directly into your sweet or savoury preparations. For dairy- based recipes, it’s best to add last. Use 25 to 50g per kg of preparation for optimal taste. 
Storage: Keep in its original container at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within one month.
