If you’ve ever been skiing in the Alps, (or just dreamed of going) you’ll have heard of raclette. This sweet-nutty Alpine cheese is heated and poured over boiled potatoes. Accompanied by tart cornichons and charcuterie, it’s a simple and hearty dinner that will keep the cold out.
This 400g pack of sliced raclette from French producer Entremont lets you have the mountain chalet experience in your own home. Just heat the raclette until it’s bubbling, using a skillet, oven dish or special raclette grill. The traditional accompaniment to raclette is white wine, usually from the Savoie region.
How to serve raclette cheese:
