These flavourful rillettes combine sea bass with crème fraîche and tangy yuzu juice. The citrus fruit yuzu is much prized in Japanese cuisine for its tart taste and aromatic qualities.
These French rillettes are delicious spread on toast as an appetiser, starter, or light meal.

Ingredients: SEABASS 50% (farmed in EU), crème fraîche (MILK), yuzu juice 5%, shallots, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, sea salt, cane sugar, spices), carrots, chives, rice flour, salt, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, pepper.
