Le Pere Eugene Scallop Rillettes 90g

This 90g jar of soft and flavoursome paté is made from authentic French scallops harvested in the Bay of St Brieuc in Brittany, north-west France. A finely balanced blend of scallop meat, crème fraîche, fish, onions, carrots, garlic and shallots, it’s guaranteed to please the palate of any seafood lover.
Scallop rillettes are extremely easy to serve. Just spread them on fresh or toasted bread for a simple, tasty lunch or indulgent snack. These rillettes also make for a crowd-pleasing amuse-bouche together with our other seafood delicacies, such as langoustine rillettes and seaweed tartare.
