Le Pere Eugene Salmon Rillettes 170g

These delicious rillettes are made with salmon, smoked salmon, crème fraîche and lemon juice.
Spread on thin toast or blinis for a tasty appetiser, or serve with smoked salmon slices, lemon wedges and dressed salad leaves for a starter or light lunch.
Rillettes are more typically made with shredded pork and the texture can be described as mid-way between a smooth pâté and a terrine.

Ingredients: SALMON 40% (non-EU origin) and smoked SALMON 15%, crème fraîche (MILK), lemon juice* (lemon juice concentrate, lemon flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), onions, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), chives, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, LACTOSED, MILK proteins, salt and pepper. *Contains sulphites.
