La Belle Chaurienne Sliced Confit Duck Gizzards 350g

Preparation Instructions: Place the opened can in a bain-marie (hot water bath) and heat gently until the duck fat becomes fully liquid. Remove the gizzards from the jar and brown them in a hot pan with a spoonful of the melted duck fat for a few minutes until lightly crispy on the outside. 
Serve warm or at room temperature, toss them into a green salad with walnuts and a mustard vinaigrette for a classic salade de gésiers. 
Before opening, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
