Goat’s Cheese Crottins 60g x 2

Crottins 60g x 2 are goat cheeses made with French pasteurised goat’s milk. They have a firm, slightly crumbly texture with a pale ivory colour. The flavour develops gently, offering subtle tangy and nutty notes. Produced using moulding techniques, these crottins retain the fresh taste of goat’s milk while providing a versatile cheese, suitable for salads (chevre chaud) or serving on a cheese board. 
Ingredients: Pasteurised goat’s MILK, salt, LACTIC cultures, rennet.
