Enjoy a hearty taste of the French South-West with Elizaldia’s pork cassoulet, a comforting dish made in the Basque Country. This slow-cooked cassoulet combines white beans, Elizaldia farm pork, chorizo, and a touch of Espelette chilli pepper for a gentle Basque twist on the Toulouse-style recipe. 
The pork used in this cassoulet comes directly from Ferme Elizaldia, where pigs are reared on-site in accordance with the PGI Bayonne ham standards. The result is tender, flavourful meat that blends perfectly with creamy beans and smoky chorizo. 
Each spoonful offers a rich, satisfying texture, balancing the softness of the beans with the savoury depth of the pork and the mild heat of Espelette pepper. Slow-cooked for full flavour, it’s an easy-to-heat meal that brings the warmth of French cooking to your table. 
Each 750g jar serves 2 to 3 portions, ideal for a wholesome lunch or dinner, serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
