Prepared by Ferme Elizaldia, a family-run farm known for its careful approach to animal rearing and regional recipes, this lamb blanquette is slowly cooked to achieve a tender texture and smooth, velvety sauce. The balance between the mild creaminess and the delicate Basque spice creates a dish that is both comforting and full of character.
