Elizaldia beef daube is a French beef stew inspired by the cuisine of Provence, prepared with care using beef from France and pork belly (ventreche) from Elizaldia farm, where pigs are reared under the strict standards required for IGP Bayonne ham. 
This dish combines slow-braised French beef, red wine, carrots, onions, and aromatic herbs, creating a rich, balanced flavour and tender texture. The slow cooking process allows the beef to become meltingly soft while the sauce develops depth and warmth typical of Provençal recipes. 
Each tin serves 3 to 4 people and is ready to heat and enjoy. 

To serve: gently warm in a saucepan over low heat until hot.
