This Poitou-Charentes PDO butter is made using a time-honoured process, including a slow 18-hour cream maturation and traditional wooden barrel churning for 2.5 hours, resulting in a butter with a smooth, velvety texture and a refined, delicate taste.
This duo set includes one 250g motte of churned salted butter (80% fat) and one 250g motte of churned unsalted butter (82% fat), both presented in charming wooden baskets. The salted butter enhances seafood platters, roasted vegetables, or a fresh baguette with its perfect balance of creaminess and salt. The unsalted version is ideal for baking delicate pastries, spreading over warm toast, or elevating any dish with its pure, creamy richness.
