How Are Pink Pralines Made?
Pink pralines are created by slowly heating toasted almonds in a copper pan with sugar and natural pink colouring, allowing the sugar to caramelise and evenly coat each nut. The process is repeated in several stages to build up a thick, crunchy layer. Once cooled and hardened, the pralines are crushed into small pieces for versatile use in baking.
